Firearms Shipping & Compliance Policy
Effective: February 2026
1. FFL Selection
During checkout, provide the name and address of your preferred FFL dealer. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they are accepting transfers.
2. Documentation
Orders remain “Pending Compliance” until we receive a valid, signed copy of your dealer’s FFL via contact@bastionballistics.com.
3. Processing & Transit
Standard processing is 1–3 business days post-verification. Firearms ship via insured carrier with Adult Signature (21+) Required.
Frequently Asked Questions
Dealers can email their FFL to contact@bastionballistics.com. Please ask them to include your Order Number and Full Name in the subject line for immediate processing.
Ammunition ships via Ground services. In most states, it can go to your home. However, states like California, New York, and Illinois may require ammunition to be shipped to an FFL or registered vendor.
Firearms must be inspected at your FFL prior to transfer. If there is a defect or shipping damage, refuse the transfer. Once the 4473 is signed, the firearm is yours and cannot be returned to Bastion Ballistics.
We ship state-compliant items only. If an item is restricted in your area (e.g., high-capacity magazines), we will remove the restricted items or cancel the order. Please check local laws before purchasing.
State & Local Restrictions
Bastion Ballistics follows all state and local laws. We cannot ship certain items to CA, NY, NJ, MA, IL, or CT without prior verification. Review your local laws before ordering.
