Returns & Refunds

All firearm sales are final once the transfer is completed.

It is the customer’s responsibility to thoroughly inspect the firearm at their FFL dealer prior to completing the background check (Form 4473). If a defect is found, refuse the transfer and contact us immediately.

Due to safety concerns and Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, we cannot accept returns on ammunition, primers, or powder. Please ensure you are ordering the correct caliber for your firearm.

Non-regulated items (optics, holsters, apparel) may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original, unopened packaging with all tags and manuals included.

• Order Cancellations: A 5% processing fee applies to cancelled orders to cover non-refundable merchant fees.
• Refused Shipments: A 15% restocking fee plus shipping costs will be deducted from refunds for refused FFL transfers.

To start a return for an eligible accessory, please email contact@bastionballistics.com with your Order Number and photos of the item. Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to the sender at their expense.
